The Vision Behind Serlana

Serge Younan brings over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, having led Serlana Construction from a small operation to one of Sydney’s most trusted names in industrial and commercial builds.

His leadership style is rooted in transparency, accountability, and a relentless commitment to quality — values that have shaped every project Serlana delivers. Whether overseeing multimillion-dollar developments or consulting on design coordination, Serge ensures no detail is overlooked.

Outside the job site, he’s a dedicated family man living in Castle Hill with his wife, two kids, and cavoodle — balancing boardroom decisions with weekend Soccer.
